You may order all items shown on our online catalogue. If you are interested in an item that is not found on our website, please feel free to request it on our Message Board.

You may order via our secure online ordering system. 

No, one RWC gift card can be redeemed per transaction.

You may pay with a Master card, Visa card or Discover card. We also accept PayPal. 

**Note: If there are any billing issues with your order, you will be notified via e-mail. If we do not receive a response to the e-mail within a 48-hour time period, the order will be cancelled. RWC may require additional information from you before we can process your order. We will contact you via the phone if this is necessary.

RWC is honored to be able to provide our U.S. military service men and women with a 15% discount on all orders. We will ask that a current, valid military ID be sent or a copy of your DD214 if you are no longer serving, for verification purposes (please blackout or 'redact' any sensitive information as needed) to bassgorillas@gmail.com. We offer shipping via USPS on packages weighing 20lbs or less. Priority shipping typically delivers within 1-3 business days. Weather and holidays will impact shipping times accordingly. 

Returns
No product may be returned to RWC without a return authorization number.
Please contact us at bassgorillas@gmail.com and we will help with your return.
Only unused, unopen products may be returned; you will be responsible for return shipping unless we have shipped you the wrong product.

WarrantiesAll products not manufactured by RWC Fishing, LLC should be returned to the specific manufacturer for warranty.

U.S. Sales Tax

Numerous states are now requesting that we collect tax on their behalf and more will be requiring it moving forward. If you see a state tax assessed on your order that is because your state now requires that we do so. Thank you for your business!
